PROBLEM:  During an init state change, the adpu320 driver would cause a panic.

          A passthru REQUEST SENSE command would fail if the allocation length
          was greater than 18 bytes.

          Netvault fails with an Underrun/Overrun error.

SOLUTION: The Driver Supplement 

          adpu320 Release 7.1.3d (IHVVERSION d3.0)       

          provides the following driver:  
                  
          hba_adpu320_713d.image                    
		  
          This file contains an image of the UnixWare 7 Release 7.1.3d adpu320
          driver HBA Diskette. This diskette can be used during fresh 
          installation of any  UnixWare 7 or OpenUNIX 8 system for the 
          releases mentioned above.                    
		  
          This image is available at the following URL:                    
		  
          ftp://ftp.sco.com/pub/unixware7/drivers/storage   
                 
          Revised versions of the adpu320 Driver will be made available in the
          same directory.

	  I. Installation: UnixWare and Open UNIX Installation

	  While installing UnixWare 7 or Open UNIX 8, be sure to          
	  insert the adpu320 HBA diskette before any HBA diskettes          
	  supplied with your media kit.                    
	 
	  In order to create an HBA diskette, take the following steps:
   
	  1. Become root and create a new directory by typing:
                                  	 
	    $ su                         
	    Password: <type your root password>                          
	 
	    # mkdir /tmp/hba                          
	    # cd /tmp/hba                    
	 
	  2. Download the hba_adpu320_713d.image file to the newly          
	  created /tmp/hba directory on your machine.                    
	 
	  3. Make an adpu320 diskette from the image file using this          
	  command after inserting a formatted floppy in your floppy          
	  drive.                    
	 
	  # dd if=hba_adpu320_713d.image of=/dev/dsk/f0t obs=36b
               
	  4. Use this adpu320 diskette during system installation.

          II. Upgrading drivers on existing UnixWare 7 or Open UNIX          
	  8 system                    
	 
	  The adpu320 diskette can also be used to install/upgrade          
	  the adpu320 driver on your system using the following          
	  command:                    
	 
	  1. Insert the diskette containing the new driver and issue          
	  the following command:                                    

          # pkgadd -d diskette1 all                                      

          or                                    

          # pkgadd -d diskette1 320
